Monday, 23rd December 2024

  • Staffing: Full staffing
  • Opening Hours: Phone lines will close at 5 PM.
  • Our team will be fully staffed and ready to assist during regular business hours.

Tuesday, 24th December 2024 (Christmas Eve)

  • Staffing: Full staffing
  • Opening Hours: Phone lines will close at 3 PM.
    We’re here to support you until the early afternoon.

Wednesday, 25th December 2024 (Christmas Day)

  • Office Status: Closed
  • Holiday: Bank Holiday – Christmas Day
  • The office will be closed on Christmas Day.

Thursday, 26th December 2024 (Boxing Day)

  • Office Status: Closed
  • Holiday: Bank Holiday – Boxing Day
    The office remains closed for this public holiday. We’ll be back soon to assist you!

Friday, 27th December 2024

  • Staffing: Reduced staffing
  • Opening Hours: 10 AM – 3 PM
    We’re operating on reduced staffing, so please plan accordingly. The team will be available to assist during the shorter working hours.

Monday, 30th December 2024

  • Staffing: Reduced staffing
  • Opening Hours: 10 AM – 3 PM
    As we approach the New Year, our reduced staffing and shorter hours continue temporarily. Please don’t hesitate to reach out during these times.

Tuesday, 31st December 2024 (New Year’s Eve)

  • Staffing: Reduced staffing
  • Opening Hours: 10 AM to 3 PM.
    On New Year’s Eve, our team will be working shorter hours. We’re here to assist.

Wednesday, 1st January 2025 (New Year’s Day)

  • Office Status: Closed
  • Holiday: Bank Holiday – New Year’s Day
    Happy New Year! The office will be closed for the public holiday.

Thursday, 2nd January 2025

  • Staffing: Full staffing
  • Opening Hours: Normal working hours resume
    We’ll be back with our normal working hours. Our team looks forward to serving you as usual.
